Job Profile:

Summary

We currently have an opening for a Sales Coordinator in Dubai, UAE location. This position is primarily responsible for selling corporate Software products to businesses.

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing the sales department, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of sales documentation
Responds to customer inquiries via email and phone in a calm and friendly manner
Coordinates service and communication between the customer and production team. Notifies production team of any customer procedural policy updates or any other customer changes
The Sales Coordinator will maintain an accurate record of all sales information and documentation. Update sales master sheet (cost and sale price) and other sales documentation as necessary
Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell company products and services
Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales
Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers
The Sales Coordinator assists the accounting department in resolving invoice discrepancies, delinquent payments, and other payment issues
Schedules all imported cargo from Japan
Builds and maintains customer relationships

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be having excellent communication skils (Verbal and written) in English
